Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Jannali, New South Wales, Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days. Regional and rural Australia: 5–8 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for eligible postcodes.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including regional and remote locations.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Warranty & Product Support

What warranty do your products come with?

Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. Each product listing includes specific warranty information. Most mowers in our range carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact our support team directly at Support@elfriede.store or call 020 7287 1919. Please have your order number and proof of purchase ready.

Do your products require assembly?

Some products require partial assembly upon delivery. Each item includes a manufacturer's assembly guide. Our support team is also available to walk you through the process over the phone.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to receive a Return Authorisation number.

Who covers return shipping costs?

If the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, Elfriede covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
